I have been a nurse for 40 years now. Started as an Enrolled nurse in 1984. I completed my Bachelor of Nursing degree in 2020. I have experience in aged care, surgical & medical nursing. Medical was my preference and so the Stroke CNC position arose and I was lucky to be successful. That is now 17 years ago, so i have been involved in the initial set-up of the Stroke Unit and ongoing requirements.
